Our History
The Rockette Alumnae Association, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(7) membership organization founded in 1954. Any Radio City Rockette that danced at Radio City Music Hall or for Radio City on the road, is qualified to join the association.
Our Purpose
To promote the philanthropic and social usefulness of our Association and to foster the close bond of friendship among our Alumnae members. Our tagline continues to support our purpose: “Once a Rockette, Always a Rockette."

Rockette Alumnae Foundation
The Rockette Alumnae Foundation is the charitable giving arm of the Rockette Alumnae Association committed to preserving the Rockette legacy and supporting the community through philanthropic endeavors. The Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donates to various charities on an annual basis as voted on by the Rockette Alumnae members. Past recipients include the National Society for Autistic Children, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Arthritis Foundation, the American Cancer Society and many others.
In 2025 we are commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Radio City Rockettes® about charitable beneficiary is Tunnel to Towers Foundation to honor New York City’s bravest heroes and their families.
Plans are underway for our largest Charity Ball to date that will take place in the iconic Edison Ballroom in New York City. This unforgettable evening will bring together Rockettes past and present, along with supporters from the arts, entertainment, and philanthropic communities, to honor a century of excellence and give back to a meaningful cause.
